I love the archway windows at the back of Bar Cuenca and the falling-apart ‘brezia’ roof. Inside it’s a lovely place to have a drink or meal. This is the view from the municipal pool, which is where I am spending a lot of time cooling down!
Maybe I should try a ‘Hockney’ style swimming pool next…… 🙂

Lovely drawing, very Spanish! Funny that you should mention Hockney – I rather fancy painting some landscapes and I told Pete that I might call them Lockney’s. He looked rather quizzical so I explained that I’d use my unique and fantastic talents (NOT) and try to mimic Mr Hockney – hence the Lockney….watch this space! 😉
